I spent the majority of my primary coding efforts working through the React documentation, learning about Components and Props, and State and Lifecycle, and playing with the code on Codepen. I say majority, because I initially started off looking up resources on CSS. After playing with some CSS and learning about the grid last night, I was eager to learn more, and to make my front-facing pages prettier. However, I realized this was mere distraction from my current course of study, which is React.

I have every intention of coming back to CSS, once I have a strong grasp of React and Mongodb and can begin creating dynamic elements on these pages. At that time, I'll begin more closely studying HTML and CSS. As it is, my intent is to focus on one thing at a time, and that thing right now JavaScript. Well, my primary focus, and where the bulk of my coding and study time will go. If I get the hankering to play with CSS in the wee hours of the morning - which is likely, given that I'm a night owl - I'll not stop myself from doing so. JavaScript remains the priority though.

Upon pushing this update, I saw that my CSS attempts were foiled, as a larger block of text skewed the display and fucked up the way everything rendered. As a result, I changed the column width to compensate for this error. This will suffice for the time being.
