I spent the majority of my primary coding efforts working through the React documentation, learning about Components and Props, and State and Lifecycle, and playing with the code on Codepen. I say majority, because I initially started off looking up resources on CSS. After playing with some CSS and learning about the grid last night, I was eager to learn more, and to make my front-facing pages prettier. However, I realized this was mere distraction from my current course of study, which is React.
Upon pushing this update, I saw that my CSS attempts were foiled, as a larger block of text skewed the display and fucked up the way everything rendered. As a result, I changed the column width to compensate for this error. This will suffice for the time being.

Day 024: spent most of my coding time reading up on Components, State, and Lifecycle in #React. Also fucked up the display of my site with some poorly written CSS, so that’s fun. I may or may not try to fix it tonight 🤷♂️https://t.co/czJnrsmEPj#nonsensemod365 #thatCodingLife pic.twitter.com/XdoCeUzQxU— Joshua Alexander (@nonsensecodes) May 12, 2020
